If you look carefully at iron on vinyl there is a liner side and a vinyl side.
The cricut cutting mats are really similar and i have used cricut mats with my silhouette.
There is a layer of plastic that will be peeled away.
If the vinyl does not separate from the liner simply burnish the transfer tape onto the vinyl and peel away again.
So in the above case you d want to put that iron on vinyl shiny side down on your cutting mat to cut out your mirrored design.
